Portion Distortion

American's have a track record for eating way too much when they sit down for a meal.  However, most of the time that is due to not having the best knowledge on what an actual portion size is.  Here is a look at some portion sizes that we often encounter, as well as, some ways to minimize our eating portions when we sit down to the table.
